Abstract:
Understudied topic in the brazilian legal literature, the research is guided by the possibility of lobby’s contribution to the development of public policies in Brazil. In times of mistrust and great pressure exerted on the Executive, Legislative and Judicial powers, it becomes important to analyze and target marginalized figures which are taboo in the system, such as interest groups, pressure groups and lobby. In this sense, making use of bibliographic methodology, we intend to study the relationship between these figures, including other aspects connected to them The paper ends by presenting the lobby as a true channel of communication between the different levels of political organization, giving rise to citizen participation in policy making group of the country, what may favor transparency and even combating corruption.
