Murillo de Aragão is the founder and CEO of Arko Advice Pesquisas Ltda., one of the most prestigious political analysis firms in Brazil and South America. He is also a partner at MDA LAW - Murillo de Aragão Advogados & Consultores, a law firm based in Brasília.

He holds a Master’s in Political Science and a Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of Brasília. As a renowned professor, journalist, lawyer, and political scientist, Aragão has gained international recognition for his expertise in both politics and law.

From 2007 to 2018, he served as a member of the Social and Economic Advisory Board of the Brazilian Presidency. Additionally, from 2017 to 2019, he chaired the Council for Social Communication Affairs of the Brazilian National Congress.

Dr. Aragão regularly contributes op-eds to Veja magazine and Conjuntura Econômica (FGV). With extensive experience as a lecturer on both national and international stages, he has also taught at the University of Brasília. He is the author of three books on political issues and a co-author of several others.

Since 2018, Dr. Aragão has been an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University in New York, and since 2019, he has served as president of the Brazilian Institute of Legislative Law (Instituto Brasileiro de Direito Legislativo).
