Abstract:
With a focus directly related to the exercise of Democracy in a way strengthened by popular decision, the work in question seeks to develop a dialogue in order to provide a basic understanding of the importance that the role of Political Reform plays in the context of the historical development of the Brazilian Federation. Allied to themes currently widely discussed with the National Congress, specifically on the threshold of growing political instability in the face of the outbreak of movements calling for social justice, the intention is to represent the theme broadly, consisting of its ramifications in the Projects Of Constitutional Amendments in progress in the National Plenary, in order to include an analysis of the main cardinal points that guide their intentions. Political Reform must be approached taking into account the social inequalities inherent to it, since the theme will have a more intense discussion if it covers the different social strata of the country in order to attend a negotiation aimed at contributing satisfactorily to the problems already existing. Political Reform is inserted in a broader context that necessarily refers to changes in the Political System per se, in Brazilian Political Culture, both in society and in the State. This leads to the assertion that a genuine political reform must face problems that are at the root of our country, such as patriarchy, oligarchy, nepotism, clientelism and corruption. In order to do so, bibliographic theoretical sources, such as articles, statistical surveys, theses, periodicals, public data collection systems, databases of monographs, newspapers, videos, legal diplomas and any work or source that can develop the analysis will be used. Sound theme. The development of the research will cover the evolution of the theme in its historical line of changes and transformations, throughout the democratic, political and electoral life, to be applied with a more detailed focus in the unfolding of the conflicts generated by the current national political situation and the method To be used for the development of the monographic work will be the inductive one.
