Abstract:

Political science deals with the study and investigation of the ways in which societies structure systems of interest organization, that is, the means by which power is distributed and exercised and its numerous consequences. Therefore, from this perspective, power defines the capacity of different actors to determine the prevalence of their interests over others that antagonize them.
