ABSTRACT:
This article examines the practices of resistance to gags in democratic contexts. The institutional crisis of global and Brazilian democracies was accompanied by movements that have not ceased to question the particular participatory and representative status of the current democracies. In a historical perspective are problematized analyzers events made by the social movements of June 2013 and a few others that occurred contemporaneously. We think the practices carried out after the made movements and protests, such as police harassment, legalization and medicalization of the protesters.
